Rhonda Irish, Town Manager

The Town Manager is responsible for the daily administration of Town staff members and municipal services. If you have any general questions regarding town services, or community and economic development projects in Wilton, please do not hesitate to call or visit the Wilton Town Office.


Diane Dunham, Town Clerk

The Wilton Town Clerk is responsible for the front counter transactions, in addition to most of the state and local permits & licenses and is the town’s Registrar of Voters. If you have any questions regarding motor vehicle registrations, hunting/fishing licenses, dog licensing, voting, elections, or other general questions, please call or visit the Wilton Town Office.


Linda Bureau, Deputy Treasurer

Wilton’s Deputy Treasurer manages the day-to-day finances of the town budget.  In addition, the Deputy Treasurer is responsible for completing Town Warrants, managing Wilton’s banking functions, and completing all accounts payable transactions.


Cindy Greer, Office Assistant

Our Office Clerk acts as a customer service representative to the citizens of the Wilton. In addition to completing motor vehicle registrations, issuing state and local permit/licenses, and acting as a community liaison, Wilton’s Office Clerk acts as the General Assistance Administrator.


Michelle Howatt, Utility Clerk

The Utility Clerk is responsible for the financial bookkeeping and billing of the town’s Water and Wastewater Departments. Call 645-2001 if you have any questions regarding the water and sewer utilities or questions regarding billing.
